The Souldiers is a Dutch band in which the significant harmonies of the sisters Sofie & Cato and brother Joost form the basis. For years they have been a live sensation that has not gone unnoticed. When Leo Blokhuis, one of Hollands leading music journalists, heard the band play he was instantly in love. In the spring of 2010 he released their first EP "Fuel for Fire" on his label Coolhouse Records. This triggered a very succesful year in which they became the in-house band of Holland's most popular talkshow "De Wereld draait Door" and played many festivals. In between all the comotion they didn't sit down, new material was written and demos recorded. In November of 2010 producer JB Meijers (Solomon Burke, De Dijk) took the band to the legendary Ardent Studios in Memphis USA where he captured the magic of the band as well as the Soul of Memphis. The result is "These Times" a convincing debut album containing 12 songs inspired by Southern Soul, Rhythm-and-Blues, Doo-wop combined with Rock 'n Roll.

The first single to the album "Down on Me" has led to the Serious Talent status at radio station 3FM and the album has been received with lots of cheers.
